Studio is located on E Seneca St. 10-15 minute walk to Cornell, 5 minutes to the Commons, and TCAT stop right on the corner when you don't feel like walking. I'm working remotely this semester and looking to sublet my apartment while I'm away. I'm looking for someone to take over Feb 1st-May31st, but I am open to extending it through July. Apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. Rent is $1,150, which includes water, gas, and trash fee. Remaining utilities that you would be responsible for are power and Wi-Fi. However, I am willing to work out a deal since I already have those connected.
