(Age around 35 years to 65 years old.) Most of the tenants have a very quiet dog or a cat. There is a common kitchen (for those who like to cook) with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, and freezer. Each room includes a small refrigerator and Microwave. There is a coin-operating washer and dryer in the backyard One parking spot for the room in the backyard Since some tenants work at night and sleep in the daytime, the house must be quiet at all times. No smoking of any kind on the premises No overnight guest rotary cleaning. Each room gets to clean once a month.
