I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2015/2016 school year (August 13, 2015 - August 13, 2016). Would consider subletting over the summer, also, so the start date can be moved up.The apartment, owned by Campus Walk, is located between 9th and 10th Streets on N. Lincoln. Super close to campus, downtown, Farmers' Market, B-line trail, etc. With the graduate student discount, I pay only $650 a month, and that includes everything (Internet, snow removal, etc.) except electric...which means you can crank the heat in the winter time! It's on the top floor of a small building, so there is very little noise from neighbors. It has huge windows that let in lots of natural light, and the living room windows open out to lots of trees (which naturally protect the apartment from neighboring houses). Bedroom is large with a big walk-in closet. No pets allowed.Tenant responsible only for electric. All else included in rent price (Internet, cable, heating, snow removal, etc.)
