Right by Kroger, the B line, .5 mile to the new and amazing Switchyard park, 1 mile to Sample Gates, across the street from Friendly Beasts Cidery and Bluetip Billiards, just a few blocks from Blooming Foods and the Square! Honestly it can't get better at this rent price ! We are looking at buying a home because we are expecting. Other than that I would not move I love this location Also they allow dogs. The pet fee is 30 bucks a month total and it's never been a problem ! No breed restrictions which was hard for us to find when we first moved here ! The lease is January to January but we are needing to sublet it through to January 2021. You will be able to renew the lease with Wooding Management for another year!
