Significant delinquent accounts, collections, or unpaid debts to previous landlords may result in denial. Rental History: Prior evictions, unlawful detainers, or documented lease violations (e.g., non-payment, property damage) within the last 7 years. Criminal History: Convictions for violent crimes, drug manufacturing/distribution, or sex offenses may result in denial. We conduct an individualized assessment of the nature, severity, and recency of any criminal record as required by WA law. Arrests without conviction will not be considered.
