I am renting out my basement apartment! It has a separate walk in entrance through the side. It has 3 full bedrooms and an office/playroom/etc. The master bedroom has its own walk in closet as well as its own bathroom. The other rooms will share a full bathroom. It has a gas stove, refrigerator ready, and dishwasher. It has washer and dryer hookups. You will be able to use the cold storage in the basement. There is a big living room as well. We are 9 minutes from Walmart and 10 minutes from smiths. 10 minutes away from a junior high and high school with a bus stop pickup just down the road, 2 minutes walking distance. Utilities will be included in cost. This includes water, gas, and electric. If you would like to have Dish Network downstairs, it will add a $60 monthly cost. We have high speed internet already installed in the home. I do request that you do not smoke in the home. You will have street parking until we are able to extend the driveway then you will have driveway parking. That is expected to be done within the next year. No pets but can consider this option.
