The "chimney room" ($710) has brick accents and an unfinished storage area under the eaves of the room. This room accommodates one person only. The "Big Room" ($800) is a large 16x16 sq. ft with a finished storage space and can accommodate one or two people. Double occupancy is $1100/mo. There is a small "dormer" room between these bedrooms that can be rented as an extra office space for a small additional charge but cannot be used as a bedroom. Both rooms have original shiplap siding and share a half bath on the same floor. Each has its own Mini-split for heating and air conditioning, so you can control the temperature in your personal space. The home is older and not fully insulated, so you will still notice some seasonal warmth in summer and coolness in winter. Fully furnished common space on the first floor includes a large kitchen with essential cookware, dishes, and utensils, a dining area, two furnished living rooms, in house laundry, and one full bathroom. The second floor has additional bedrooms, office space, and a second full bathroom with a separate shower and original claw foot tub. The 3rd floor bedrooms use these full bathrooms on the lower levels and have the added convenience of a half bath on the 3rd floor.
