This is a small house and it has little storage. It will work best for one person. It is in a quiet neighborhood where most of the neighbors own their own homes. It is private. It's been updated and maintained and it's nice and clean. It has a washer/dryer. Yard maintenance is provided by landlord. No smoking / no pets (we might accept a cat.) If you want to rent it - we require GOOD CREDIT, good REFERENCES, and sufficient INCOME - about $3500 per month. If you inquire about it, the first thing we're going to ask you is if you are looking for a one-person tenancy, and if you you meet the requirements. If not, let's please not waste each other's time.
