If location makes the property, then this apartment wins. Last time it was on the market was almost ten years ago-something must be appealing about the place. This is not a dormatory for adults, it is very private with off-street parking. Quiet? oh yes. Safe? no problems. Does everything work as it should? Absolutely. There are zero steps into the apartment or to the parking area which is forty feet from the front door. There is a little slope. Our expectation is tenants planning for more than a year stay. Things happen, but our management style is based on long-term stability.
