The Home: Fully furnished 3 bedrooms / 1.5 bathrooms Upstairs primary bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom Second upstairs bedroom with twin bunk beds -perfect for kids Downstairs bedroom with a queen (or full) bed, dedicated workspace, and cozy sitting area Main bathroom located downstairs Inviting living room with TV that has access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, PBS, Disney+ Updated kitchen with high-quality appliances: gas range, Blendtec blender, Instant Pot, air fryer, and more A beautiful piano available for gentle, respectful use Like many old Portland homes, the wood floors are creaky! Something we tried to fix and gave up and eventually got used to :) Outdoor Space: Large, lush backyard with: 80-year-old apple tree Fig tree, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi berries, Italian plums, grapes, apples, pears and more Potential space for gardening Regular yard maintenance included Outdoor sitting area (covered with sunshades in the summer) The Location: Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, this home is 8 blocks to everything Woodstock has to offer: Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, and food carts Library, hardware store, gas station, fish market, Bi-Mart, and Ottos Sausages Ice cream shops and local favorites Close to parks, schools, and public transit (bus line nearby) Important note: There is a long-term tenant living in a separate basement apartment with a private entrance. While spaces are fully separate, were looking for tenants who are mindful of noise and committed to respectful, proactive communication if any concerns arise. Another important note: as of Mid-March to mid-April we are in the process of moving, so there will be some slight changes to arrangement and/or furniture then the current pictures, and we will update as soon as we can. We are also willing to work with accommodating your needs of the space so please don't hesitate to reach out. The cleaning fee will be taken out of the refundable security deposit. This is a mid-term fully furnished rental, a minimum 30 day stay. All utilities included. $250 cleaning fee.
