You are calling my phone at work Dogwood Fabrics ask for Jeff / I guess I need to find more details about what one could build on this lot the person who did a soil test for septic system said the city/county told him his his dimensions would be too large, he said 25 by 30 feet is what they would allow which means you would need to build at least 2 stories i think you have to build 1500 sq ft. if you were building a contemporary cube style home could be interesting not sure if you could cantilever over first floor to have a bigger second story. I really need to go talk to county but not going to have time anytime soon.
