Looking for a private/quiet occupant who is cordial and respectful of others as well as responsible tenant. The unit is very "cottage" like with lots of pine and hardwood/tile floors throughout. The apartment has some modest furnishings if desired that are onsite. The unit shares a beautiful patio and huge back yard that backs up to 20 acres of nature. This is rarely available as tenants tend to be long term. The other two units are occupied by single men both retired. Very quiet but friendly. Renter responsible for utilities. One month rent plus security deposit due prior to move-in. No pets allowed. No smoking.
