The shared living space is spacious and fully furnished with a kitchen, a pantry, a washer and dryer, a large counter, a TV, a couch, an armchair, a dining table, and balcony access. The kitchen is outfitted with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, sink, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. By living at On50, you will also have access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, and basketball court in the apartment complex. You will have three roommates, all of which have their own private rooms. Most of the girls are introverted and keep to themselves, but are fun once you get to know them. One of them has three cats which mostly stay in her room but will walk around the common area when she lets them out. Her cats are adorable and were honestly my favorite part of living here. There is ample parking space and access to the university and city busses. The USF campus is well within walking distance. Personally, I really enjoyed living here. Even without a car it was easy to get around and I never had an issue with the amenities. When things needed repair, the repairmen were quick to respond and respectful. Even during one of the worst hurricanes in Tampa Bay's history the apartment was undamaged, so I felt very secure living here.
