My girlfriend and I just bought a house in Renton, and will be moving out in the middle of February. We have been renting a condo (1 bedroom w/ scenic view of downtown Bellevue and porch) in downtown Bellevue for almost three years - it is located at 511 100th ave NE, Bellevue WA 98004 (On the same street as the Bellevue Square parking lot). We pay roughly 15% lower than the average apartment rent in Bellevue ($1875 excluding electricity and water, and also includes 1 parking spot and a pass for all street parking right behind building on residential street). It also has a balcony with an amazing view. Amazing condo. Our lease ends in September (I think), but we are terminating it early UNLESS we find someone to take over =) The land-lady is very flexible (I mean she's letting us terminate early), and we've had no problems here at all.
