This nice older home has been good to us for over 20 years. Kids are all grown and moved out, so time to downsize for us. This home features 3 bedrooms (den was used as 4th bedroom for years) and 1.5 bathrooms. It is right near the Juliana historic district, but is located just outside of it. It could use some work, but is livable the way it is. We bought the lot next to us a few years ago and total lot is now 100x105 (property is all on one deed now). The back yard behind the house is privacy fenced and deck has new roof and has been screened in, which makes for great privacy. There is a full attic which has been used for storage, but could be made into additional living space or a bedroom or 2 as well. We had electric service upgraded to 200 amp in 2013-14 also. Sewage lines all replaced in 2011-12 also. Water line from meter to house was also replaced 10-12 years ago. There is also a large, newly graveled parking area on side of house to fit 6+ vehicles in. This house has been good to us, but we just really want to downsize. There is also a small 1br house in back yard that is used only for storage & a workshop. It is not in a livable state right now.
