Owner will provide some storage in the garage for bikes and/or beach chairs and access to laundry room in basement. Must be able to climb stairs. 3 month Summer Rental is an option. $2,500 per month with minimum 2 month stay. If stay 3 months, total cost is $7,000 ($500 discount.) A small pet will be considered.
