It is located on a 2.5 acre piece of property with 2 other cabins, 1 home and an adorable 1962 Avion RV. We are adding glass shower doors to shower this week and blinds for most windows. Credit requirements are 600 or more with a $1000 deposit and $1600 if it's below 600 with a cosigner. Credit and Background checks are a part of our application process. Nondestructive and non-aggressive pets will be considered with a $300 per pet (max 2) non refundable fee. No outdoor pets will be considered. Rent Includes trash, well water, lawn care, pest care, and electric. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for $50 per month if interested. Please note pictures of cove are from a few months ago when the lake was full. Right now the lake is not full, however, we hope this won't be the case for long. There are still several swimming and fishing options very close by. We will be furnishing the home and new pictures will be available within a week.
