Last purchased in 2006, the current homeowner has done quite a bit of remodeling. Nearly all wall paint (except for the hallway which is only painted on 2/3 of walls are pastel colors, easily making it available for you to change the color without hours and hours of labor and extreme coats of paint. A good can of paint can cover with one or two coats. The kitchen and living room are two different shades of light green. The master bedroom is a pinkish purple and one of the smaller bedrooms is a more true purple. The master bathroom and hall bathroom have accent paint. The laundry door is yellow. A chandelier hangs in the master bathroom as well as the hallway. In the laundry room you will find a 1970s style smaller chandelier. Ceiling fans have been added in the dining room, living room and the 4th bedroom. Motion lights were added to the driveway, walkway and outside the master bedroom. In 2007 we added a bi-level porch which houses the entrance to the living room. The unused back steps are the original and lead to the laundry room. Speaking of the laundry room. It's huge. It is connected to the kitchen and master bathroom and of course the maze continues to the master bedroom. Kids, cats and dogs will love running thru the circle track like they're in NASCAR, not just at home on Dayton(a) Circle, if you let them. If you can't handle saying stop, send them down the hall where they can run through two bedrooms, the hall and a bathroom. There's a "jack and jill" bathroom between two bedrooms, accessible through both bedrooms with a door on either side of the room. There is only one bedroom out of 4 that does not have a connected bathroom. But bonus, it's a little bit bigger than the other two non master rooms. So you don't have kids? That's okay. A his and hers office sharing a bathroom and the other room can be your private gym. Oh.. you have a bunch of kids? That's okay. The master bedroom is big enough for a desk if you don't want to use the one built into the kitchen. And you can enclose part of the porch for your personal gym. The river is not far and it provides walking trails to suit any nature lover. Breaking off the trails, is loads of fun, too. Careful not to get lost when your cell phone is dying. Personal experience. It wasn't fun. But many sticks and dirt pulled from my hair and I'm still here to tell the tale.
