A great 1 bedroom house (yes you have the entire house to yourself) right in the heart of downtown state college. Tons of natural lighting. Comes with 2 parking spaces behind the house. Fairly large bedroom with enough room for queen sized bed, 2 dressers and then some and HUGE bathroom with built in shelves. Full size kitchen with tons of storage and a full stove. Pet friendly with no weight limit (2 pets max) and has a decent size yard (not fenced in) shared with neighbors. L Rent/Fees: - 75 application fee (must have proof of income) - Rent is 900 a month - Pets have a 300 deposit per pet and then 35 per month pet rent Utilities not included, breakdown is: - Electric is not included but runs around 20-25 during the summer for me and the girl who lived her before said she usually only paid 60 during the winter for heating (base board heating) - Internet through xfinity (I pay about 35 per month) - Trash and recycling are around 200 every 3 months (gets paid with rent for that month) If undergraduate student, they require a parental guarantor, if grad student can show proof of stipend.
