The river trail is just a block or so down the street and we're waiting on Strange Matter with a patio and liquor license opening at the Temple across the street! It's the perfect space for a grad student or young professional. One house trained cat is ok, but it will mean a cleaning fee in the lease. Utilities for one tenant are included. Internet/cable are the tenant's responsibility. Sorry the photos are terrible.
