If you want to move in here you should have a clean criminal record and no eviction in the past 2 years. An eviction on your record will require a higher deposit amount and you better have a good explanation for it. Thrust us we have heard plenty of those. To qualify you will have to present us with proof of income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Between 2x and 2.5x you'll have to put higher deposit but if you are making less than 2x we are sorry but you cannot afford to live here. we prefer tenants without pets but if you have any, there is a per pet deposit of $150 and per pet rent of $25/month for each of the pets you have: up to two of them. If you have more then two pets, don't you think they may be better at a place that is significantly larger so your place is not so over populated with pets. I am sorry but we cannot let anyone with more than 2 pets live in our apartments. Month-to-month lease is 10% more expensive with a minimum of 3 months commitment. 12 months (1 year)
