Owner provides free amenity benefits to tenants in the form of monthly professional pest sprays and access to a home security system with mobile app access for quick views/remote arming/disarming. There is no pet rent and up to three pets are allowed on the property. No more than five residents can occupy the space. The total security deposit for this property is $1,700-$2,000 (depending on pets) - $1400 of which is refundable. If applying without pets, the non-refundable portion of the deposit is $300 (total security deposit $1700). If applying with pets, there is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300, making the total non-refundable portion of the deposit $600 (total security deposit $2,000) Renters are required to show proof of income as well as provide one previous rental reference, and two professional references. Lease terms are minimum 3 months up to 2 years. This is a non-smoking property. A garage parking space as well as two driveway spots are provided. Owner will be responsible for all maintenance at the home including landscaping. There is no lawn to maintain, and a hose is provided for any plant watering. Any additional damage to the property, above and beyond wear and tear, will be charged directly to the resident.
