Rental History: Verified by a landlord reference or 12 months of rent or mortgage payment records. Having no rental history does not count against you. An unpaid eviction judgment, or $500 or more owed to a landlord, from the past 3 years results in denial. A paid eviction judgment from the past 3 years requires a co-signer or last month's rent. Not considered: eviction cases that were dismissed, won by the tenant or sealed, rent due from March 2020 through December 2021, and evictions related to domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking.
