The tenant would be sharing the townhouse with two (male) graduate pharmacy students. The tenant would have their own private bedroom and would be sharing a full bathroom with one other tenant. There is a washer & dryer included and tenant would have access to one of the garage stalls. Tenant will share utilities with other two roommates. No smoking allowed. Tenant will be responsible for sharing some of the outside lawn maintenance. Prefer male graduate student.
