The house is very nice, we have the wood laminate floor on the bedrooms, travertine floor on the rest of the house, a big kitchen with a granite countertop and outside have a great barbecue area close to the pool. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. New AC unit, brick pavers on the pool aérea. The house is new paint outside, wood wall units and few windows are hurricane proof.
