This location is one of the best spots in Charleston! Tucked away in a secluded, water front neighborhood with a stellar view! Only 9 minutes to Avondale and 12minutes Downtown or the City Marina and hospitals. It's the best spot to live being just on the outskirts of the city for quiet enjoyment and views; but only minutes to everything you need. Great grocery stores, shopping, downtown restaurants, so close by, and the beach is only 25 minutes! Inside the house it's cool from the summer heat yet, cozy while lounging on the leather couch and enjoying a good read and coffee with a peaceful view of the Ashley river. The neighbors are quiet and each patio has a lovely separation to give each neighbor a sense of privacy and quiet enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, eat and be well! We love entertaining and if there's anything else we could provide to help you be more comfortable here or with guests, please just ask, we'll be happy to accommodate if we can. We choose higher end linens and towels because we know how important sleep, rest and cleanliness is when recovering at home from a busy day either working or exploring Charleston! We accommodate 6 month lease's and up. Occasionally we negotiate for less or longer but it depends on the situation. Our process is easy and flexible. We simply draw up a lease which is custom to your stay, list out the common sense terms, sign and take a deposit. Everything is included very nice furniture, comfortable and clean, wifi, electric, water, parking etc... We're happy to offer bi-weekly or monthly cleaning service for an additional amount if you need it and happy to accommodate your pets as well.
