Purchased in October of 2019 for a personal fixer upper to move into. Since then I have got married and it's no longer reasonable to finish myself. Here's what I've done.. -Removed terrible laundry room addition -Removed ceiling and leaking flat roof (yes the whole roof at once) above kitchen, built walls higher, rebuilt the roof at a pitch -Removed 5 layers of shingles and original shakes, installed new sheeting, water barrier, and new shingles -Tore down dividing walls and moved bathroom site, added hallway, 2 bedrooms with doors (before it was all open, because the heating was provided by a single floor furnace) -Framed hallway, bedrooms, and new bathroom site -Removed floor furnace, replaced with brand new HVAC system -New water heater, connected to main, hot and cold manifolds already installed -Removed or bypassed all original wiring, installed new, outlets and light switches installed in every room -Moved or replaced windows in kitchen with new -Lightly used (lol) second hand fence temporarily installed for the dog -Purchased all drywall to do the house, not installed -Braced the floors with C-Channel girders -Insulated where needed - and a million other little things What it still needs... -Wiring finished up for lights in kitchen -Plumbing drains installed to kitchen and bathroom hardware (included with house is small sink, toilet, tub, and washer/dryer combo stack) -Plumbing supply lines from manifolds to hardware -Install drywall that is included with house -Install finished floors -Siding finished -Kitchen hardware and cabinets, range, refrigerator, etc. -Paint, trim, furnishings, etc House is from 1910 with good bones, looking to go to a good investor to see it finished.
