Make us an offer we can't say no to!! :) It's a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house. 1 bedroom down and 3 upstairs. Attached to the master bedroom is another smaller, but good size room that could be used for a computer room/office. The basement has 2 washer and dryer hook ups. As soon as you enter the front door you walk into the nice big sunroom. There's a wonderful big walk in closet by the front door that's great for coats and shoe storage. We recently fenced in the back yard, creating more privacy, and we put in a drive gate in the driveway (you can pull cars into the back yard and get more driveway space) and a regular side gate on the other side of the house. Both gates have child proof locks on them. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors dont bother you. One of the bigger bedrooms is not pictured because it is actually in the process of being repainted for our daughter. The master bedroom has 2 closets and the other 3 bedrooms have medium to large closets. We just replaced the hot water tank in Feb of 2018. The entire house has been repainted with new flooring the end of 2017. We will also leave appliances, pool and gazebo if the price is right.
