We are 5 mins away from an awesome community park with tennis, basketball, disc golf, volleyball, a fishing lake, and walking trails. The house is 10 minutes from uptown Charlotte. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. About me: I am a 29 year old environmental scientist who loves being outside, hiking, birding, reading, coffee, and thrifting. I am looking for a respectful, quiet, and responsible roommate in their lat 20s or 30s. I work from home so I would love a roommate who does not.
