Nice ranch style home in central Tallac Village, beautifully kept up, new comp roof, floors, landscaping, etc. We love living here and aren't eager to move, hence the price but the home is worth every penny. Neighborhood Description Lovely 1950's neighborhood with lots of old big trees and shade. Backyards are big enough for a pool, large front yards as well. No cookie cutter two-story houses built right on top of one another in this neighborhood. Big enough for the kids to actually play in the yard and to have a nice BBQ party when the weather is good (most of the time). Even in the worst traffic the commute doesn't rise above 20 minutes into downtown and there is a choice of taking Highway 50 downtown or surface streets depending on traffic.
