The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking around, featuring a very large nearby park (Willowbend Watering Hole). We are offering the house partially furnished, as seen in the photos (we are happy to remove any unwanted furniture). The house has never flooded. We are looking to rent our home for between 6 and 18 months. The house has an attached two car garage. Smoking is not permitted.
