I'm currently looking for two girl roommates (UMKC students preferred) to share a cozy single-family home located within walking distance of both UMKC and Rockhurst University. A little about me: I am a UMKC graduate student majoring in math. I am easygoing, respectful of privacy, quiet, and a non-smoker. I am hoping to find roommates who are similarly responsible, considerate, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. The house is in a very safe, convenient, and quiet neighborhood, only about a 5-minute walk to the UMKC campus, including nearby buildings such as the School of Biological and Chemical Sciences, Miller Nichols Library, and Flarsheim Hall. Rockhurst University is also just a short 2-minute walk away. Move-in date available in July or August 2026. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a microwave, electric range, oven, refrigerator, and food pantry. A washer and dryer are also available in the basement, and off-street parking is included as well.
