We are renting out our house on the 51st block of Warrington Avenue in West Philly. The house has a great front porch and back yard area. We recently rehabbed the bathroom so it is brand new! There are also two sink set ups in the kitchen for those of you who love to cook! The downstairs is all an open floor plan so you can cook and mingle with people hanging out in the dining room. There is a large freezer in the basement along with a washer and dryer. There are two large rooms and one smaller room upstairs. We have loved living in this house - and hope to find some one who loves it as much as we have!
