Our neighbors are fantastic. Every year we have BBQ's in our cul-de-sac for National-Get-To-Know-Your-Neighbor Day. We wave to each other, we keep an eye out for each other. The kids are safe to play in our cul-de-sac. The Homeowners Association comes by often to check our yards and houses to make sure we are compliant with the rules. Our streets are plowed and sanded in the winter in as timely of manner as possible. The Sparks Police respond promptly to all of our calls (should we ever need them). Fire Department Station 41 has a fun bunch of guys, too! We have a good sense of "community" in Sparks and specifically in The Vistas.
