This historic pet friendly building was built by Paramount Studios in the 30s to house their out-of-town stars. The oversized studios come with walk in closets to house your star wardrobe, as well as makeup tables to get ready for the set. We have updated the units with upgraded kitchens and baths. Hardwood flooring. Located near Melrose Hill, Western, and Santa Monica. We have a private parking lot that may have a spot available, otherwise street parking only, but it is by permit, so not so bad. These units go fast, so check with Rebecca for a showing soon.
