Hello! I have three furnished bedrooms I rent out in my home that rotate coming available periodically. These rooms are perfect for travel professionals and students. I am an engineering student at Cal Poly Humboldt as well as a local real estate agent. I own the home and live on site. The setting is 1/3 acre in the redwoods across from Jacoby Creek watershed. Very quiet. Current availability is the room pictured: 11'X12' approximately. Fully firnished. $700/Month. Extra ammenities include bedding and towels. There is a washer and dryer on site and a fully eqipped kitchen with espresso machine. Communal printer if needed. We pitch in collectively for toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels and coffee as needed. Utilities are WiFi and PGE and are split between tenants. Water and trash service is included in rent. Off street parking. Very safe. This property is about 7 min from Arcata by car or 20 min by bike, so it feels private and secluded but still close enough to downtown. The other rooms' photos are available upon request. The medium sized room can be available by November first, measures approximately 12'X15' (two spacious closets! plus large windows with wooded views and cross ventilation) and rents for $850/month. The largest room is coming available January first, measures approximately 15'X20' (extra large custom closet! plus large windows with wooded views and cross ventilation) and rents for $950/month. I have an older female dog on site that prefers to be single. My lease is for a minimum of three months with the option to continue month to month.
