It also includes both a driveway, as well as "off street" parking. The home is fully furnished and in great condition, has a lot of natural light, hardwood floors, and a very large back yard. The house is on a beautiful block that is relatively quiet, with great neighbors. The owners are relocating for a temporary work assignment from January to July, 2019. We are looking for a family or group of responsible adults to rent our home FOR A FEW MONTHS ONLY. The rent includes utilities, lawn care, and monthly cleaning.
