Red Cliff is a small mt town approximately 25-30 mins from Vail & Beaver Creek. The space available is self contained on the lower level of a single family home along with a bathroom and flex room. Also a W/D and small kitchenette on this level. It is a quiet location - myself and my 5 year old occupy the upper part of the house and are at work/school M-F roughly 7-4. We're usually around on the weekends. We have pretty early bedtimes and mornings. The big challenge at this location is the driveway. Residents MUST have a good car - all wheel or 4 wheel and good winter tires (I use studs but I've had roommates without). I have a dog and cat also but am installing a door so that a tenant can keep them out! Possible trade for snow plowing with the right person. Looking for longer term lease but somewhat flexible. Somewhat flexible lease term, no smoking, vaping, incense etc (I'm super sensitive to smells). Would like 1st & deposit to move in. Furnished but could work with someone on that. Utilities are included.

A single, working mom, 5 year old, dog and cat. Potential for some childcare or snow plowing hours. I work 7-4 so we're around on the weekends, evenings & mornings. The mornings will get earlier this fall with Kindergarten! CLEANLINESS IMPORTANT.
