Red Cliff is a small mt town approximately 25-30 mins from Vail & Beaver Creek. This is a quasi-roommate situation in a single family home. The rooms available are on the lower level along with a bathroom. There is minimal kitchen set up downstairs but we can possibly work out limited kitchen hours in the upstairs kitchen. It is a quiet location in Red Cliff - myself and my 5 year old are at work/school M-F 8:30-5:30. We're around on the weekends. We go to bed pretty early (around 8:30/9) and I also request relative quiet until about 7:00 am when she wakes up. The big challenge at this location is the driveway. Residents MUST have a good car - all wheel or 4 wheel and bomber winter tires (I use studs). I have a dog and cat also. Possible trade for childcare hours and/or snow plowing with the right person. Somewhat flexible lease term, no smoking, vaping, incense etc (I'm super sensitive to smells). Would like 1st & deposit to move in. Furnished but could work with someone on that. Utilities are included.
