If you want to venture out, it is a short walk to the oceanfront or Rudy's Inlet. There are three dedicated parking spaces at the house. The house has been completely remodeled: hardwood floors, updated bathrooms, tile floors, bay windows, and Trex decking. The masterbedroom is on the third floor and has its own bathroom, fireplace, large closet, and vaulted ceilings. The second floor has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath. The first floor has two bedrooms, laundry room (w/ new washer/dryer), storage room, and full bath. The backyard has a 6' fenced yard. The house is completely furnished. We are interested in renting to stable, responsible adults. We are not willing to rent to anyone who wants a late night party house! The rental rate is potentially negotiable based on number of tenants and deposit amount put down. All utilities are included.
