Our beautiful second-floor beach cottage is updated, clean and perfectly located to everything that OC has to offer! Our home welcomes you with a spacious and furnished front porch, perfect for relaxing and listening to the seagulls and ocean waves. You can spot a peek of the ocean from the deck as well. When you enter the home, you will find an open floor plan complete with a living room, dining space and renovated, fully stocked kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the washer and dryer. Our home boasts 3 bedrooms with 5 total beds. The home has a full bathroom with a shower/tub off the hallway and a full bathroom with a walk in shower off the primary bedroom. Bedroom 1: Two twin beds Bedroom 2: Full over Full bunk bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with full bathroom **Amenities: board games, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach tags and outdoor storage for your additional beach gear. WINTER RENTAL - September 1st - April 30th. May is available and can be added to lease for $2800 plus utilities, June can be added to lease for $12,000 plus utilities. Renter is responsible for all utilities, it means they are obligated to pay for all the utility services for the rental property, including electricity, gas, water, sewage. Comcast internet will be provided. Home comes furnished. No permanent decor or painting is permitted. Absolutely NO SMOKING! No Pets unless negotiated. No Subletting
