We love our neighborhood! Country living in the city. Wonderful neighbors and wonderful miles of walking trails and creeks yet within walking distance of excellent schools and shops including Trader Joe’s and Aldi’s. We are only 15 minutes from the airport yet worlds away from all the noise and bustle in our gorgeous tree lined street. Close to all the Research Triangle universities and hospitals. The house is huge and spacious. We love having 3 of the bedrooms on the ground floor, including master bedroom suite. The 4th bedroom and bathroom and huge room (big enough for pool table) are upstairs. Of course this would also make a great retreat. Not included in square footage is an air conditioned studio room which works very well as a work from home office with a separate entrance. The huge attic can hold more than you want as well as a workshop adjoining the garage. We love the fenced in garden and all the trees and azaleas and Camelias and gardenias. It’s wonderful to relax on the wooden deck and hold dinner parties outside.
