Excellent house for single person or two persons looking for a quiet and peaceful area to live. Centrally located near down town Raleigh. House has been maintained and updated through out the 30+ years we have owned the house. Wonderful historical place to live and develop friends. This is a non-smoking house. House is in excellent condition and has been well maintained and updated. We typically have long term renters. Last renter stayed for 6 years based upon single year leases. We require the yard to be maintained and kept neat. We are open to pets; however, they must be house broken and we review pet requests based upon quantity and sizes. We do require renters insurance.
