Neither he, nor any employee, lives or overnights at the property. Tenant #2 is a young professional who recently moved to Charlottesville. Tenant #3 is a UVA student who grew up in Albemarle County. Both tenants are women. We are seeking one more female tenant. Each tenant has an individual lease and to answer some frequently asked questions: Yes, we are 100% seeking female tenants only. No, no pets. This would be a great fit for young professionals, graduate students, medical/law/Darden students, postdocs, interns/fellows/residents, etc. Here's how the space works: Everyone shares the downstairs of the house as common space (living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor spaces, 1/2 bath). The owner/company use the common spaces lightly and, again, only during the workday. The private space is upstairs. This is a traditional 1910s foursquare house, so the home's 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. You will have as your private space an unfurnished bedroom, and you will share the hall bathroom with tenant #3. This is a GREAT location to enjoy everything Charlottesville. It's a BEAUTIFUL property with an ever-blooming yard and super nice neighbors. The kitchen is really well provisioned with All Clad, great knives, white dishes. The laundry room is just off the kitchen. It's an easy walk to the downtown mall or commute to UVA, Darden, Law and both medical centers (UVA and MJH). There is bicycle parking in the backyard building. Minimally due at lease signing is security deposit ($725) and last month's rent ($725).
