No Smoking inside. Washer/Dryer hookups. Tenant pays all utilities. No central air, but one window A/C unit is provided. About Us: I only have three houses and try to treat tenants fairly. Any mechanical issues with the house are taken care of immediately. We are *very* strict on timely rent payment.
