Entry is through shared back yard and we do have a pup, so hopefully that is not a problem. Quiet area, but close to everything. Right off Spring Creek trail, which has plenty of parks, restaurants, and a couple breweries within easy walking distance. Closest fitness club is about 1 mile down the trail. Downtown is about 1.5 miles away. Landlord lives upstairs, so is nearby should you need anything. Rent amount includes all utilities (including high speed Internet). Landlord lives upstairs.
