TWO MASTERS with their own bathrooms and walk in closets! Home is on a fully fenced acre. Producing apple trees, orange trees, Mulberry Trees, Peach Trees, grapes, lemons, limes, grapefruit, almonds. Has a new well, with a great pump! Shed already purchased for Well House, just needs to be put up. There is also a Gutted Travel Trailer (40 ft approx) with title on the property you can have for extra storage. Newly built 1500 square foot garage on concrete, still needs the electricity ran to it. We are on a county island, so there are little to no restrictions here, but check with the county. The property has a hot tub, pecan tree (too young to produce yet), and a basketball court on concrete, which is right off the back porch. If you don't play basketball, you would just have a very large back porch. :) There is a chicken coop. A chicken shed. Many shade trees. When we bought the property all there was were weeds, which if you go to street view on Google you can see that it's all dirt and weed before. The property even has a rare Empress tree on it, leaves bigger than your hands - hard to grow to this size in AZ. The smaller attached garage in the front of the home was converted into 2 extra bedrooms (see the photo labeled as rec room) and a rec room, making it a 6 bdrm/3 bath, but you can easy tear it down to have the extra garage space back. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. The inside may need some new paint and updated carpet. Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room, and Hall is all tile. I might consider lowering the price for painting and floor allowance with a decent offer. We are selling to move closer to family, but we love this home. It is super convenient for being rural... 1) We are on a paved street 2) The bus stop is right outside our home 3) The mailboxes are right in front of our home 4) not too far from Buckeye for shopping. 5) You can walk outside and grab an apple, grapes, or peach for a snack. 6) Neighbors are GREAT! Most people have to drive their kids to the bus stop or drive to the mailboxes, but we just walk outside in our beautiful yard. All the appliances can stay if you want them, but most are 4 years old... although stainless steel. The dishwasher is less than 3 months old. There is the beginnings of a greenhouse, which could also be used as a carport, and a couple of outdoor sheds and above ground planters. We have a sprinkler system and some irrigation and solar. The solar rental agreement you will take over and you will be very happy about it... it's $168 a month for 14kw and all maintenance is free and covered for the life of the system. We got this deal back when the rates were a lot better and you will save a ton on APS... even our large family did. It also has the ability to sell electricity back to APS since it is grandfathered into that before the law changed... however, our family is so large we never had that opportunity. We are not desperate to sell and do not mind waiting for the right offer. This really is a great place. We are a busy family, so weekend apts are better with plenty of notice. Most of the trees and grapes and grass are deciduous (they lose their leaves in Winter) so that process has begun.. in April/May it gets gorgeous and green - you don't even feel like you are in AZ. In the farm area it is easily 10 degrees cooler due to the shade trees. Chickens love it. Horses and livestock are also allowed. Please no soliciting.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
