You will have you own set of keys as well as a lock number pad to the front door. there is a 3 car limit to park in driveway due to HOA policies and plowing. You MUST have all wheel drive, chains or 4 wheel drive. Renter is to pay electric bill every month and WiFi. (PG&E) Must provide proof of income and bank statements. Employment will be verified. Dogs welcome with Pet deposit. We want you to enjoy our family's cabin and all of it's beauty. Please treat our home as if it was your very own. Owner pays for electric, i.e. PG&E and Wi-Fi. Renters are responsible for propane fill up at the end of their lease (currently filled). One year lease with possible option to extend further. Three car minimum in driveway. Guest's will have a parking pass. HOA snow plow main roads. Landlord pays for snow plow for driveway. Renters will pay for damages caused from renters friends, family and or pets.
