pls see website Neighborhood Description i think the reasonable home prices (compared to LA's westside) seem to draw people here. but there's much more to eagle rock than a fair market deal. this is a wonderful established neighborhood with a history. lots of notable people have lived here. today, the area is boosted by a renewed interest, mostly due to its proximity to the downtown core, alongside its pricy sister 'hoods (i.e., los feliz, silverlake, glendale, pasadena, south pasadena); the dynamic mix of old giving way to new; trendy shops and restaurants springing up; great schools and safe neighborhood -- all good components for a sustainable community on an uptick trend. come check it out. if you drive thru & not seeing what people are raving about, call me (213.820.0135) and i'll give you the tour. it just might open your eyes.
