The unit also has 2 skylights which add a great amount of light to the unit. Convenient to routes 29, 28, I-66, and Fairlakes Parkway. Close to shops, trails, parks, schools, and Fairfax Corner. The unit is on the 3rd/top floor with no tenants/noise above it. Note that the buildings at Stonegate do not have elevators. The community has a nice pool, gym, children's play area, and gas stove/heating. It comes with one assigned parking right next to the stairs of the building, and you can get an additional guest pass to park a second car on the property overnight. There are also additional unrestricted parking spots on the street close to the back gate. The community asks for a one-time move-in fee which they use to list your name/number on the call box. When someone pulls up, they can look your name up/call your number so that you can open the phone from your phone/cell. I'm asking you to fill out an application to see the place to minimize coordinating with the current tenant and help talk through any questions/issues ahead of time. if you decide to move forward after seeing the place, I'll ask for a copy of your free credit report and driving license.
