I've absolutely loved living here. It's a very quiet, gated community. I've added even extra security with a front door security door AND a security door inside the garage door as well as a home security system. I feel so safe here. The garage is oversized, 2 car for lots of in addition to your 2 cars. I have a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard from the front balcony. The grounds are kept up beautifully. Kitchen, side balcony, and 2nd bedroom all have views of the strip. All the rooms are great size. The master shower is huge, jacuzzi tub. I've been so grateful for this condo over the 4 years I've lived here. I can include a washer, dryer, and refrigerator as well. I'm available Saturday through Tuesday to show. to schedule a viewing.
